Can't find Built-In Toolbars Available in View/Options due to moved to Startup.
Cause:
The 'Built-In Toolbars Available' option has been moved to the 'Startup' command under the 'Tools' menu and renamed 'Allow Built-in Toolbars'.
Solution:
To enable built-in toolbars in Access 7.0, use the 'Tools' menu and select 'Startup...' command under the 'Tools' menu, and select the 'Allow Built-in Toolbars' check box.
1) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Startup...'. (The Startup dialog box appears.)
2) Select the 'Allow Built-in Toolbars' check box.
